To use our services, you must be aged 18 or over and a resident of the United Kingdom. You must be a suitable candidate for weight loss treatment as determined by our clinical team following completion of your medical questionnaire.
We reserve the right to decline service to any individual where our pharmacist or prescriber determines that treatment is clinically inappropriate. This includes, but is not limited to, those who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have certain underlying medical conditions that contraindicate the requested medication.
You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information at all times. Providing false or misleading medical information may place your health at serious risk and may constitute a criminal offence.
All prescription-only medications available through our service require an individual clinical assessment before a prescription can be issued. Completion of our online consultation form does not guarantee a prescription will be provided.
Our independent prescriber will review your consultation and medical history. If approved, a valid NHS-compliant prescription will be issued and dispensed by our GPhC-registered pharmacy team.
Prescriptions are issued for your personal use only and must not be shared or transferred to any other person. Misuse of prescription medication is illegal and dangerous.
Payment is required in full at the time of placing your order. We accept major debit and credit cards via our secure payment gateway. All prices displayed include VAT where applicable.
Charges cover the cost of your clinical consultation, any prescription fee, medication, and standard delivery. These will be clearly itemised before you confirm your order.
We do not store full payment card details. All transactions are processed through a PCI-DSS compliant payment provider.
Orders approved by our pharmacist will be dispatched within 1 working day of clinical approval. Delivery is made via a tracked courier service to your nominated UK address.
Delivery times may be affected by factors outside our control, including adverse weather, courier delays, or public holidays. We are not liable for delays caused by third parties once an order has been dispatched.
It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive temperature-sensitive or signature-required deliveries. Failed deliveries may result in medication being returned and re-dispatch charges applying.
You may cancel your order at any time before clinical approval and dispensing has commenced. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately via our website or by email.
Once a prescription has been issued and medication dispensed, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for prescription-only medicines. This is in accordance with UK pharmacy law and for patient safety reasons.
Refunds for non-dispensed orders will be processed within 14 working days to the original payment method.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
